For advanced divers who like adventure diving, back buoyancy type B.C. jackets assure the greatest buoyancy. 3D Bladder Design - By adding one additional layer of thickness (a gusset) to the previous two-dimensional type (flat) air cell, a three-dimensional air cell has been created and inner volume has been greatly increased. The benefit is a more compact design with greater buoyancy. Also, the BCJ-5960 uses a 1000 denior nylon for optimum strength and durability. This is a back-buoyancy product for advanced divers. Plush Padded Back Pack - thick cushions are used for the back pads, achieving a comfortable fit. Ninja pocket - The BCJ-5960 features a large, concealed detachable inside pocket for added convenience. Advanced Weight Loading System - The A.W.L.S. allows the diver to insert weights into the weight-cartridges as well as into the loading pockets on the front of the jacket. Additionally, with weight distribution to the shoulder area, the weighed-down feeling that traditionally associates with a weight belt is eliminated. 4kg/81bs (max. 6kg/12lbs) of weight can be placed in each of the left and right sides and the two service pockets on the rear side of the jacket can each hold up to 1kg/2lbs (max. 2kg/4lbs) of additional weight. Total recommended weight: 10kg/20lbs, max: 16kg/32lbs) The weight pocket is easy to release in an emergency, but the safety lock makes sure that it is not released accidentally. Lumbar Support System - For reduced back fatigue, lumbar support is provided to the lower back using a stiff material around the waist. Waist Support System - The bottom of the shoulder straps can be attached in either of two positions which are appropriate to the conditinos of use and the body type of the diver, thus improving the fit.
