The family make this a wine to be reckoned with - Julian lavishes the same care and attention on his exceptional Crianza as he does on his Gran Reserva. The vines used are old and low-yielding fruit is intensely rich and the wine is aged in a blend of French and American oak for over a year - sufficient time to soften the fruit and add structure without dominating the ripe cherry and strawberry flavours.
