The USB connection makes connecting and disconnecting simple and USB offers hot insertion and removal of the reader without rebooting. Its small size allows you to throw the cable in your bag with your camera and connect to your PC where ever you need to.

Transfer speeds of up to 850 Kbps, supports capacities up to 128MB SmartMedia cards and is powered by USBbus. For Windows PC with Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000 or Mac: with Mac OS 8.6 or greater.
