Two great Burgundy producers come together in a joint venture in the Languedoc. Anne Gros teamed up with Jean-Paul Tollot both maritally and businesswise and delighted in bringing their classic approach to the complexities of the southern soils. She says : `Our 30-year-old Carignan and our 40-year-old Cinsault joined a nice cuvee of young 18-year-old Grenache. Having matured in stainless steel tanks, this wine is delicate, fruity and tense. Its vocation is to be refreshing and fresh.
