| The stainless steel base is the upshot of the original Bullet. This slimline elegant housing and pole, then leads to the Evolution Head. It's here that the clever stuff happens. | | Think of the Evolution head in the same way as you would think of two houses - one with insulation and one without. The Evolution is the house that is Insulated. Commercially designed for Cafes and Bars, the Evolution system combines a double skinned emitter with thermal wadding with a cast iron burner. This means that the system is highly efficient as the heat is held within the emitter and the energy is reflected down and out with very little energy loss. Consequently, a 5 metre heat circle is produced using only a 8kw output. This is consequently 40% cheaper to run lasting up to 40 hours per gas bottle. | | Features: | | Heat Settings. It has 3 heat settings - low medium and high. | Sand Well. There is a sand well at the base of the unit.
