The semi-geodesic design of Beta is extremely stable, yet it allows this two person tent to be ultra lightweight and compact when packed in its compression sac. The polyester flysheet is waterproof to 3000mm (hydrostatic head) with fully taped seams and it has a breathable polyester inner tent. The groundsheet is nylon and the colour-coded poles are lightweight alloy. It also has reflective guylines, which can be a blessing when youre looking for your tent in the dark. It is ideal for backpacking, trekking and mountain use.
