The start of the main event at Goodwoods first race meeting on September 18th 1948, with Reg Parnells winning 4CLT Maserati coming through from the third row of the grid. Bob Gerards pre-war E.R.A., no. 21, challenged Parnell mightily for the lead in the last three laps, finishing only four tenths of a second behind. David Hampshire was third in E.R.A. no. 24, and Cuth Harrisons modified E.R.A. no. 18 finished fourth. LIMITED EDITION OF 500 PRINTS. Overall print size 51cm x 43cm. Each print is individually signed and numbered by the artist.
