Sangiovese makes up 80 of the blend of this Chianti DOCG, from the highly-rated producer Poliziano. Formed in 1961, the aim of this winemaker is to use classic Italian grapes and a combination of old and new winemaking techniques to produce quality wines. Displaying lots of fresh red cherry flavours on the palate with structure and firm acidity holding the wine together. Tannins are modest and ripe, altogether providing a rounded, well made wine.
