Produced from 70 year-old-vines, which were affected by millerandage in 2008; something many growers see as a positive as it leads to small, concentrated berries. Open and expressive on the nose, with crushed raspberry, cherry and vanilla. Like all Pascals wines, it is solid with a rich texture and intelligently used expensive new oak. Only nine barrels produced in 2008.
