From a single vineyard site called Hachstadter Roter Berg, in Germanys Pfalz region, close to the Alsace border. Fermented at low temperatures, then allowed to mature for over 6 weeks resting on its lees, the wine has developed a full texture and mineral streak. The fruit is a refreshing mixture of of apricot and lime characters, making it an ideal accompaniment for grilled fish and poultry.
