This wine is made from young Pinot Noir vines grown in a biodynamically-farmed vineyard in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin. No pesticides or herbicides are used. The wine is made with minimal human intervention and native yeasts, for a true expression of the grape. Youthful aromas of raspberry and blackberry fill the nose, while the palate is juicy, supple, and polished by 17 months in cask. Tannins are fine but firm. Drink with white meats or game birds.
