This Malbec has been sourced from the relatively cool area of Limoux, and from vineyards near the village of Cruzy near St-Chinian, which benefits from the Mediterranean sun and breezes. The wine has not been oaked, and therefore focuses on the grapes primary flavours. A youthful and expressive wine, with a nose full of cherry and violet aromas. The palate is broad and mouth-filling, with a hint of fruit sweetness and a chocolatey finish. The perfect red for the barbecue.
