Unlike vertical roasters that drain away moisture, the express Rôtisserie & BBQ Plus spit roasts horizontally, retaining flavours while basting meats in their own juices. It's also very quick, roastin a medium chicken in 50 minutes, with lovely crispy skin and moist meat. It's suitable for meats, poultry, kebabs, fish and vegetables - while the top of the oven features two insert trays that keep food warm or steam veg.
