This ingenious new serving tray is like having an extra fridge for dinner parties and buffets. It means no more sweaty cheeses, wilting cold meats or gateaux that warm up and collapse before your very eyes! The cooling effect comes from two freezer packs that fit into the base. You then place the 35 cm diameter stainless steel platter on top, arrange the food and put on the lid. Cool Plate cools itself from the inside for up to 4 hours, keeping contents fresh and chilled even outside in the sun.
