Here’s a classic Bodum® tea/coffee maker with an unusual difference. Like a conventional cafetière, the Thermia uses a tight-fitting stainless steel mesh plunger to compress the coffee grounds or tea leaves when brewing is completed. But unlike an ordinary cafetière, the Thermia jug has an insulated double wall and a twist-and-lock top that together keep the contents at an ideal drinking temperature of around 60°C for up to 2 hours.
