This service operated from London, Liverpool Street in the morning and ran to Norwich Thorpe, Cromer and eventually Sheringham, returning to London the same evening. The service was inaugurated on the 27 September 1948 and was one of the first newly named train services created by the then fledgling British Railways.This Hornby Great British Train pack features the BR Standard Class 7MT locomotive Black Prince; pulling a rake of MK1 coaches with the livery of all denoting that the model is how the train would have been seen in the early 1950s.Pack contains one BR (late) Britannia Black Prince; Locomotive, one BR MK1 Brake coach and two BR MK1 Composite coaches. This pack is one of a Limited Edition of 1500 pieces. For ages 8 and over.
