Contac 12 Hour Relief contains Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride a decongestant which unblocks your nose and sinuses, helping you to breathe more easily. Prolonged Release Capsules: The active ingredient is contained in the granules; when swallowed the active ingredient is gradually released to give continuous relief for up to 12 hours. It is important you do not chew or crush the capsule contents, as this will interfere the with the 12 hour action of the capsules.
