BIG FISH PERFECT ELASTIC 3 naturally evolves from the Perfect Elastic 2 system and is designed to house the larger diameter elastic generally used for bigger fish. The system has all the characteristics of the PE2 system, integrated winder, easy cut flexi cone thin wall system and uses the same quick release tool as all the other Vespe elastic adjustment systems.
