The De Dietrich DOP448X is a top quality, economical, halogen-lit double oven with multifunctional cooking options, including conventional, fan and combination oven and turbo grill with 4 settings. It has a pyrolitic cleaning system with 3 settings, so the oven temperature during the cleaning cycle reaches such a level that any soiling simply drops away from every part of the interior and can just be wiped away from the floor of the oven.Theres an electronic programmer as well as a minute minder, and the main oven comes with a rotisserie for optimum roasting capability. For added safety the drop down doors are air cooled, and both ovens also have a keep warm function which minimises the chance of food drying out. Supplied with 2 anti-tip shelves, large grill pan and trivet, 2 baking trays, 1 rotisserie with shelf support and an aluminium baking sheet. 30 amp power supply required.
