Pictures are taken at a resolution of 640x480 pixels (VGA) and stored on the 8mb of internal memory. Up to 50 images can be stored. A B&W LCD display shows the functions of the camera, and the camera has an optical viewfinder. The lens is a 40mm (35mm equivalent) fixed focus lens with automatic exposure. A tripod mount and built in flash (flash modes: Auto, fill-in, off, red-eye) are also included. Connection to a computer is achieved via a Serial (RS232) or USB port and power comes from 2 AA batteries. Videoconferencing is over the USB/RS 232 - interface and runs at 28 fps.
