Challenged by Garmin/Slipstream pros team to apply aerodynamic know-how to a road bike, Felt engineers created the AR. It debuted at the 2008 Tour de France and quickly set a new standard. Following cues from the DA time trial bike, the AR is as aerodynamic as a road bike can get. Designed with a purpose-built down tube, head tube, chainstays, seatstays, fork blades, a wheelwell-conforming seat tube, and shielded internal cable routing, the AR maximizes every aerodynamic advantage.
