This cassette is designed for racers with its superlightweight design. The alloy carrier which the six largest sprockets are mounted to not only reduces weight but also increases rigidity. Strategic drill out patterns are used to save even more grams!! Lightweight titanium is used on the four largest sprockets which also means no comprimises are made in strength.The close ratio 9 speed gearing allows more efficient use of energy through finer cadence control. HG sprockets improve chain control during shifting. Weight is a meagre 262g.
