It features Uplink which means that you can upload settings and training sessions from your PC to the wrist receiver. Faster transmission to your PC without an interface requirement is provided through the Sonic Link feature. If you let this heart rate monitor know your resting heart rate, heart rate variability, age, height, weight, gender and activity level, in just five minutes it will let you know your fitness level using Own Index s. Owncode is a feature in Polar heart rate monitors which means that interferance from other heart rate monitors is locked out. A CD ROM provides PC Coach Light 3.0 Software. It also has HRmax - p which calculates an estimation of your maximum heart rate. It comes with a bike mount and speed sensor.
