In response to Government initiatives to democratise the South African Industry, 18 formerly disadvantaged workers at the Wamakersvallei Winery in Wellington have established a separate trading entity, the INKQUEBELA PHAMBILI EMPOWERMENT TRUST, as a genuine empowered business within the wine industry.
