In 1984, after a century of wine production here, Antonio Forchir passed the estate on to Gianfranco Bianchini and Enzo Deana with the proviso it continued under the family name of Forchir. This is made from 100 Tocai di Fruilano, also known as Sauvignonasse, a Gironde variety, mysteriously not related to Sauvignon! Grown on the alluvial, pebbly terraces in the very far, north east corner of Italy. The vineyard is in Felettis di Bicinicco, Provence of Udine, home to fresh, aromatic dry whites, (Barcode EAN=8021896030614)
