First impressions are very misleading. It is a small package, very compact with large TFT/LCD screen. However with the massive 40Gb HDD you can do everything with this (Except brew a cup of tea). You do not even need a computer - It can be used as a stand alone. (Although if you have a computer the USB2 port will connect and give you a mobile HDD for storage etc.,). You can download digital pictures, MP3 music files and transfer video (from whatever source you desire - video tape recorder, Tv, Cam corder,even DVD - copyright permitting).The machine converts and compresses to MPEG4 format and gives crystal clear replay to near DVD quality.

Every conceivable cable configuration is catered for and included in the pack to get you up and running quickly. All in all for the price it is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone. It is user friendly and you do not need a degree to work your way around the simple onscreen menu (logos for everything). get one now whilst stocks last this is future technology today.
