A deliciously creamy peachy white made using the relatively unknown Garnacha Blanco (its cousin Garnacha is often added Rioja to give a rich fruitiness to the blend.) In the Terra Alta region of Catalunya - where this wine hails from - it`s the main white grape famous for giving intensely fruity aromatic wines that are enjoyed in chic wine bars in nearby Barcelona`s Gothic quarter. It`s the gnarled 35-year-old bush vines producing only the tiniest of yields which give such concentrated flavours.
