Concentrated and generous it is well-balanced, spicy with oak nuances and a good tannic structure.This wine was awarded a silver medal at the Concours des Vins de France in Macon in Spring 2002.To be enjoyed with red grilled meat or in sauce, game and French cheeses.Appellation area Les FÃ¨ves. Mid-slope facing East among the highest vineyards of Beaune and always considered as the ultimate Premier Cru. This appellation (4.25 ha) is a Chanson Monopole.
