Excellent value biodynamic red with strawberry and plum notes and soft tannins.Tasting Notes:Carmenre is a grape variety that was brought over to Chile from France in the 1800s and it seems to do very well here (rather like Malbec does in Argentina). It has a herbal quality to the nose a little like Cabernet Franc and this wine has sweet strawberry and plummy notes and soft tannins more reminiscent of Merlot on the palate.
