A near silent home theatre masterpiece Sanyo has laid down the benchmark for the others to try to follow. 7 000:1 contrast ratio from an LCD projector is phenomenal but that is not all colour accuracy has been ramped up and noise output driven down. Add to this a motorised lens cover a “no signal” detector shut down method and the amazing 2x zoom range (a 100” diagonal image can be achieved from 9.8’ -> 20’!) and you get a projector that is totally easy to position set
