Lo Abarca is a small village located in the San Antonio appellation, only 4km from the coast, yet surrounded by the steep granitic hills of the Chilean coastal mountain range. As such it has been identified as an ideal location for producing this cool-climate variety. Fresh citrus fruit forms the backbone of this wine, which is overlayed with intense aromas of peach, white flowers and brooding kerosene-like mineral notes. An interesting aperitif, or accompaniment for smoked ham hock.
