Part of our Pop-Up Cellar sourced by Lay and Wheeler. Of their four hectare holding just one is planted to Chardonnay. An appealing nose of pear and pineapple fruit is supplemented by extra complexity gained from 12 months in oak with some lees stirring having been carried out to add extra texture to the mineral inflected finish.
