Henri Boillot is of the fifth generation of the Boillot family to make wines in the CÃte dOr, and has established an enviable range of vineyard holdings and his own negociant business. This Meursault comes from a mixture of domaine and partner vineyards, and is fermented in large 350lt French oak barrels which retain more freshness than the more typical barrique. The wine spends a total of 18 months in barrel before bottling, and is a generously textured, yet firm and age-worthy Meursault.
