The Langhe region effectively covers the hilly area surrounding Piedmonts greatest wine-producing appellations. This red is a blend of 70 Barbera and 30 Nebbiolo, sourced from vineyards in the Barbaresco and Barolo production areas. A deep crimson wine with an expressive nose of ripe red berries, nuanced with subtle dried herb, forest floor and anise notes. Medium-bodied with supple raspberry and plum flavours and fine tannins. Drink now with richly flavoured Italian cuisine.
