Fleurie is sometimes referred to as the Queen of Beaujolais, and is known for producing some of the regions most intensely flavoured and aromatic wines. Claudius Morands vines are trained in the traditional gobelet style and average 50 years of age. An inviting bouquet of roses and violets, mingling with raspberry and peach. Plump and mouth-filling, with a hint of fruit sweetness on the palate, supported by fine, smooth tannin.
