Cantina di Custoza was started by a group of local winemakers in 1968. Today the Cantina has well over 200 members, who contribute grapes from over 1000 hectares of vineyards, from the south and west of Lake Garda all the way to the outskirts of Verona. A light and easy-going white, with a gentle citrus fruit backbone accompanied by soft flavours of melon and subtle tropical fruit. Delicately aromatic, dry and refreshing. Serve chilled with prawn linguine or a herb salad.
