Araldica Castelvero is a cooperative cellar based in the village of Castel Boglione, in Asti, Piedmont. Cortese is one of the principal white grapes here. This wine is sourced from the grapes heartland of Gavi and from vineyards in the surrounding Alto Monferrato region. A pale, light-bodied and crisp white, full of racy citrus flavours alongside softer notes of apple and pear, and subtly verdant nettle-like aromatics. Partners beautifully with spaghetti genovese.
