The wine is aged on fine lees adding richness and complexity. The nose displays rich baked apple, honey and brioche. The palate is fruity, full and soft but with a refreshing acidity. The finish is long and complex with notes of oatmeal and freshly baked bread. Ideal with seafood, try with poached hake and caramelised
