Les Pucelles is a highly regarded Premier Cru vineyard within Puligny-Montrachet, and sits on a site which is arguably of a quality to match the Grand Cru sites immediately to the south. The wines are made my father-and-son team, Michel and Thibault Morey, who aim for a fresher style of Chardonnay, fermenting in tank before transfer to cask for a relatively short 11 months.
