This wine comes from the hills of Northern Sardinia around the town on Monti. The vines are planted close together at and elevation of between 300 and 450m and surrounded by dry stone walls typical of the area. This is a light, refreshing and dry wine. Straw in colour with flavours of lemon and almond. With grilled fish and lighter meats such as chicken and pork.
