Comprising nothing more than a glass jar, a heavy stainless steel beaker and a high-tensile spring, the Eva Solo is the sexiest kitchen scale we’ve seen for ages. You won’t be surprised to hear it comes from Denmark where such elegantly simple design concepts are highly prized.

To 'set' the scales, turn the metal cup so the zero point of its scale exactly intersects the line on the outer glass wall. To weigh multiple ingredients, just twist the beaker to reset the scale. Weighs in grams/ozs; beaker also has 3 internal scales (US/Imp fl oz and metric).
