This extremely robust British professional workshop is traditionally manufactured from high grade timber. Constructed from 3 x 2 (70mm x 45mm) framing throughout including floor and roof joists, the Finewood Heavy Workshop, unlike many others, is properly named a workshop. The large, fully framed double doors are fitted with a piano hinge and rim lock for added security and much improved performance. Two opening, glazed, four pane mortice and tenoned side windows are also supplied as standard. The roof is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove boards with heavy (20kg) roofing felt. The heavy duty floor is made from 16mm tongue and groove boards on 3 x 2 (70mm x 45mm) joists. The Finewood Heavy Workshop also benefits from a factory applied base coat and spirit-based Top Coat lasting for three years without retreatment.
