| WEIGHT 3.96lb/1.8kb | TRAVEL 80-125mm infinitely adjustable | CONSTRUCTION | The Psylo SL features 30mm low stiction coated aluminium upper tubes for smooth responses aswell as being tough and light. The new lowers feature ribbing which increases stiffness which improves steering control and performance. It also features an aluminium steerer to shave off a little more weight without compromising on strength. Longer bushings increase fork stiffness aswell as reducing friction by 50%. | FUNCTION | The new upgrade for 2002 in the Psylo range is the U-turn. This means a simple twist of a knob can adjust travel and ride height without any trail tools required. It even means that spring rate is adjusted automatically. You can truly have the travel of anything between 80mm and 125mm. Psylo's also feature Climb-It control which is an external compression damping adjuster which means that the fork can be effectively locked out. The fork is sprung by a single sided coil spring which is damped by Rockshox's Pure system. Internally the fork has an independent floating piston whihc prevents oil emulsification and two independent damping circuits which enhance the effectiveness of the externally adjustable preload and rebound. | MAINTENANCE | Rockshox forks feature XXX seals which is a three stage defence to protect your fork internals from gunk, and keep the oil inside. The middle seal is oil soaked which keeps the seals slidy for smooth performance.
