The Amedei Toscano Blond is created with 63 dark chocolate, Peach and Apricot. This provides a suprisingly fruity eat with tart notes - not too disimilar from the noticebly tart, single origin bars, such as Los Anconnes by Michel Cluizel and Ampamakia from Valrhona.
