This great course gives you a real insight into the modern sport of fencing. After a full safety briefing and warm up with your top international coach, youll cover the basics, including the essential footwork. Then choose your weapon, as you learn about the foils and mask and how to lunge, parry, riposte and feint. After practicing your new found skills with other students, youll do battle with an opposing team! Your exciting day ends with a demonstration of the foil, epee and sabre, and knowledge of a new and unique way to keep fit! Location: London, Surrey (South East), Manchester (North)
