Driving a hovercraft is like driving a car with four flat tyres on ice! After a safety briefing to familiarise you with the craft, you will be taken out individually and shown the controls and driving techniques needed. You then get the chance, under the supervision of an instructor, to take the controls. Depending on weather conditions the activity may take place on mud, sea or sand. Typical sites include (subject to change): Berkshire, Bristol, Cambridgeshire, Cornwall, Devon, Hampshire and Norfolk. When can you go? This experience is available on selected dates, throughout the year. Duration Your motorised madness will last about 3 hours. Key information To participate in this activity you must be at least 12 years old.You will need to have general fitness and be able bodied to take part in this experience.
