Come to Nottingham and gain some insight into the background of one of our favourite sweet foods with a master chocolatier who will explain its history. Then delight in sampling the chocolate fountain available to all workshop delegates on the day - delicious! After being instructed, go on to make delicious truffles using fillings, dipping them into Belgian chocolate and finally decorating and wrapping them. How choctastic to be able to take up to 40 creations home at the end of the experience
