The class is hosted by a master chocolatier who will give a talk on the history of chocolate then teach the class how to make delicious pieces of Belgian chocolate. Next up sample cascading chocolate from a fountain before trying your hand at making chocolate truffles. Each person will take home a selection of the Belgian chocolates that have been designed and made by you all, to share or keep to yourself.
