However, material isn't added to areas where it is unecessary to maintain an incredibly light weight. | SUSPENSION | Suspension is provided by the Manitou SX. | DRIVETRAIN | Shimano LX is used with Shimano XT on the evo2 Ltd to provide a top quality drivetrain. The XT rear derailleur uses has a durable alloy construction and uses fluorine coated pivot pins to reduce friction and provide and light shifting action. The crankset is Raceface Prodigy, which uses ISIS splines to increase rigidity between in the bottom bracket/crank interface. | BRAKING | Avid Mechanical discs are used on the Ltd to provide added stopping power. This uses A Caliper Positioning System to fine tune the caliper to the rotor in a simple way to enhance braking performance. | WHEELS AND TYRES | WTB Speedmaster Rims are used with WTB SpeedDisc XC hubs to build a wheel that is tough and lightweight.
