Induction Hob

Induction technology. The SIM562B from Smeg isnt your average hob. This is an induction hob, which uses electromagnets to heat the pan rather than the surface of the hob. This means its really efficient and safer too. The two zones on the left can be combined to create one huge Multizone - great for fish pans or griddles. Each zone has its own timer and theres a child safety lock too, that stops little fingers messing with the controls.
